SWAPS Shared Lives

SWAPS, (South West Adult Placement Scheme) is a registered adult placement scheme offering Shared Lives services.  

SWAPS is an organisation based in Devon and Cornwall providing adult placements in the South West of England.

SWAPS delivers a range of quality adult placement services across the South West of England, through a network of paid carers who are assessed and approved as adult placement providers.  Our service promotes the strengths and abilities of each individual and enables them to share in family and community life.

SWAPS offers services to vulnerable and disabled people over the age of 18 who may have a learning disability, mental health problems, physical disabilities, and to older people.
