These Providers are very experienced in providing care for people with a learning disability and older people. They live in Torquay and are very close to local amenities such as the harbour, beach , shops, theatre and restaurants. There are also churches of all dominations libraries and a museum, the area is lively with frequent community events.
The providers live with their 16 year old son and they have frequent visits from their older children and  two young grandchildren, consequently it is not a quiet house neither is it chaotic - just lively.
The house has a really warm welcoming atmosphere and it is situated in a cul-de-sac which is quiet however it is up quite a steep hill. Indoors it is spacious with both upstairs and downstairs bedrooms which are all en suite.
There is also a large flat garden with decking, an aviary and a vegetable patch. They have a spaniel dog.

This newly appointed female provider lives in a large detached chalet bungalow with panoramic views over Torbay and beyond.

The service user would have a double bedroom on ground floor with bath room adjacent.  The bedroom has a double bed, range of fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a hand wash basin.  There is also a lounge and sun lounge opposite the bedroom which a Service User could use as their own if they wished.

The bungalow is in the Barton area of Torquay 2 ½ miles from the town centre, it is on a busy main road and is 100m away from the bus stop with regular buses to St Marychurch, Torquay town and Brixham.

This female provider has a vast amount of experience of working with older service users and can provide for people with learning disabilities.

This provider has a Dalmatian dog. He is a lively character but is separated from the main living space in the hosue.

A newly approved provider in Paignton, close to the seafront and transport links around the bay and beyond. This provider lives with her husband and son, and is close to her daughter (and baby) who visit regularly. They have 2 dogs, 2 cats and budgies that are all close to their hearts and a big part of family life.

This household enjoy spending time with their family, walks on the seafront, and in the woods near to their house. The provider has many years experience working with adults with learning disabilities, older people and people with mental health problems and has a huge amount of energy and motivation to carry out the role of shared lives provider. She would like to provide accommodation, care and support for someone who wants to enjoy a lively and fun lifestyle.

This provider has experience of working with adults with learning disabilities. She lives with her husband and two daughters and cat and they enjoy a fun and active lifestyle. Hobbies include going away in their camper van, surfing, walks, watching TV and cinema/shows etc.

This provider has the skills and abilities to provide one long term vacancy for a person with a learning disability. She is keen to support someone to maintain and or learn independent living skills and develop their abilities to move onto more independent living.
