Vacancy 504/CSB/DM
Area Perranporth
Details

A short break vacancy in a well maintained detached bungalow by the surf with panoramic views over the sand dunes on the outskirts of Perranporth.
It is a steep, but fairly short, walk from the beach/town and has a small garden and patio area with BBQ.
This provider lives with his wife, another long term male service user (who is older but active) as well as 3 small dogs. He has a very friendly, relaxed, down to earth and pragmatic approach to life and wants to provide shared living for another service user. The vacancy provides privacy in an annexe attached to the main house.
It would suit a more active/mobile person because of the provider’s lifestyle and location as well as the access to the house which is up a very steep pathway with some steps.
The reasons why this would suit a more active person (apart from the fact that it’s a few hundred yards from some of the finest surf in Europe!) is that much of the provider and the other service users time is spent outdoors either looking after their smallholding/polytunnel (near Porthtowan) or working/going out on their boats – which are moored down near Falmouth.

Restrictions Male service user only
