Salary: £33,661 - £37,206 (through annual increments) pro rata (30 hours per week)

SWAPS is a regional charity providing Shared Lives services to vulnerable adults.  We plan to expand the range and scale of our services over the next 3 years.

We seek an enthusiastic person with wide ranging financial and analytical skills and an interest in the voluntary/care sector.  You must have significant experience in a senior financial role, be an excellent communicator and be confident. You will have overall responsibility for financial management and planning and play a key role in the strategic development of SWAPS.
