The house is set off of the main road to Wellington in a rural location within its own land. The family are animal lovers and have dogs, horses, sheep, chickens and ducks.
Holcombe Rogus is within a short drive of Wellington and within commuting distance of Tiverton and Exeter.
The providers are extremely experienced and have worked with people with learning disabilities for many years. Their current service user is a 25 year old lady who attends college in Tiverton, she has lived with the family since 1996. The home is shared with the provider’s husband and grown up son.
This vacancy is ideal for some one who would enjoy sharing a family home in a rural location, who likes animals and might enjoy feeding them, collecting eggs etc.

This is a provider with experience of working with vulnerable and disabled adults. She lives with her partner in the town of Lynton. This provider would like to offer a long term placement for an individual with learning disabilities or mental health needs. Ideally she would like to enable someone to move onto more independent living and enable them to improve their life skills.
Lynton is accessible from Barnstaple and is a small but busy town, with a large variety of local amenities. These providers are very active, enjoying walks over Exmoor, visiting the cinema and socialising with friends and family.
