SWAPS (South West Adult Placement Scheme) provides adult placements in the South West of England. It has been operating since April 2004 and currently supports over 150 individuals placed with more than 120 shared lives providers. SWAPS is a registered charity and a not for profit company. We currently cover the geographical areas of Devon and Cornwall.

SWAPS are a member of the National Association of Adult Placement Schemes (NAAPS) and is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
