SWAPS is monitored in 3 ways:

1. we are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) who inspect us regularly
   
2. As a charity we have a board of trustees whose job it is to oversee what we do.  They are very diligent in ensuring we provide a high quality service to our providers and service users
   
3. We are monitored closely by the local authorities who fund us.  They want to be sure that service users are getting a good service and that we are running efficiently and effectively
