What happens when a service user is hospitalised?

SWAPS will pay the provider the net cost up to the date of admission and then:

100% net costs to the provider for 4 weeks
80% net costs to the provider for 2 weeks
This cost will be recharged to the local authority. After 6 weeks a review will be carried out to assess whether the service user will be returning to the provider.
