What happens when a service user is hospitalised? | Print |  E-mail

SWAPS will pay the provider the net cost up to the date of admission and then:

  • 100% net costs to the provider for 4 weeks
  • 80% net costs to the provider for 2 weeks
  • This cost will be recharged to the local authority. After 6 weeks a review will be carried out to assess whether the service user will be returning to the provider.
