The house is a chalet bungalow set in a rural location with far reaching country views built by the family for their own occupation within the village of Nymet Rowland. As with most villages Nymet Rowland has an active community and the family are very much part of the village life.
Nymet Rowland is within a short drive of the larger village of Lapford and is situated within ten minutes of the town of Crediton which provides a variety of amenities, activities, shopping, leisure, work and educational opportunities. The house is also within commuting distance of Exeter.
This is a large family home consisting of five good sized bedrooms. The bedroom to be offered for a short break/respite service user is on the ground floor opposite the family bathroom and is newly decorated and furnished to a high standard.
The provider is extremely experienced and her current service user has lived with the family since she was a child. The home is shared with the provider’s husband and a 23 year old lady service user (foster daughter) who attends college in Tiverton. The wider family, two grown up children and grandchildren are regular visitors to the house.
This vacancy is ideal for some one who would enjoy spending a short break or respite period in a rural location, with a very close supporting family network.
