This Provider has one long term vacancy.  She shares her home with two older lady service users, her partner and two children aged 14 and 11 the family has two cats, plus rabbits and guinea pigs.

The property is a very large detached house set in about an acre of garden mainly to lawn & shrubs with small vegetable patch, greenhouse, garden store, and bridge over small stream leading to separate orchard/wildlife area, driveway to car parking area.  Patio area off of the sunroom and rear of house

The house is situated in a country lane just outside the rural village of Culmstock and is within walking distance of the village, it has good access to the M5 motorway or North Devon link road. 

Accessibility: Slight incline on driveway, step into house, two steps onto patio area and stairs to the upper floor.  Garden slopes in some areas.

This vacancy would suit an older service user who would like to live within a family setting in a rural location.
