This is an experienced provider with people with learning disabilities who would like to introduce a third person to her household. Two other adults in their 40s currently share the house along with the provider, her partner and her granddaughter.

The house is in St Thomas in Exeter, in a quiet residential street. It is an end terrace which has been enlarged over the years to make a comfortable, homely place with a private garden. The available bedroom is upstairs at the front of the house and has been newly decorated in a modern style.

The provider supports people to live as independently as they wish by helping out in the house, going shopping, doing voluntary work for local charities and going away on trips as often as possible. Other skills are supported and encouraged as people decide what they would like to do.

This vacancy would suit a mature adult who would like to learn new skills and who would benefit from sharing with people with similar interests.
