This vacancy is in a quiet location just outside of Perranporth. The property is a dormer bungalow set back from a quiet road. There is quite a steep climb up to the front door so it probably wouldn’t suit anyone with significant mobility problems although the bedroom is downstairs.

The Provider lives with her husband and she has many years experience working with MIND, youth work and supporting vulnerable adults in the community.
This would suit a service user wanting a bit of peace and quiet and an interest in gardening, walking and the beach (passions of this Provider who would also be able to help someone learn new skills).

It is anticipated that this would suit someone with mental health problems, a mild learning disability or a dementia, but not someone with significant behavioural problems, substance abuse issues that weren’t well controlled or continence issues.
Please note there aren’t any pets in the house.
